I am an advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship, specialising in sustainable growth and transformation. As an academic leader, advisor, and researcher, I drive change across education, government, corporations, and start-ups. My work focuses on reimagining how universities, students, and industries collaborate, fostering innovation and excellence.

With a background in social science and engineering, I combine creativity and strategic thinking to tackle complex social challenges. My expertise spans creative collaboration, strategy, future work skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship, reflected in my teaching, research, and consulting. I’ve delivered research programs, designed and directed educational programs, hosted and chaired international conferences, advised on industry projects, consulted government agencies on policy solutions, and published extensively.

Currently, I work as a Professor (Associate) and Course Director at the University of Technology Sydney Business School, overseeing the Executive MBA and co-leading the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Collaborative.

My interests include strategy, design, innovation and entrepreneurship, ecosystems, urban planning, data science, and emerging technologies. I’m passionate about exploring technology, human behaviour, and the power of collaboration to shape new possibilities.

I’ve worked with many organisations, including government bodies, businesses, and non-profits, offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
